    as well as any associated mobile applications.
  • Produktyrefer to all NFC-enabled devices and technology products, including but not limited to bracelets, cards, rings, wallets, keychains, and tracking devices compatible with Apple Find My.
  • Accountmeans a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of it.
  • Youmeans the individual or legal entity accessing the Service or purchasing the Products.

2. Data Protection and Privacy (Global Standards)

WiCard is committed to the highest standards of data protection in compliance with:

  • TheGeneral Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)(European Union)
  • TheCalifornia Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)(United States)
  • Applicable data protection regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

2.1 Right to Self-Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

To ensure user privacy, the platform provides aself-account deletion feature:

  • Users may permanently delete their accounts at any time through account settings.
  • All personal data associated with the account will bepermanently erased from all servers immediately, without the need to contact support or any third party.
  • Once deleted, the datacannot be recovered, and access to related services will be terminated.

2.2 Information Security

We implement strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

3. NFC Products and Tracking Devices

WiCard offers physical products based on advanced technologies. The following conditions apply:

3.1 NFC Technology

  • Products (bracelets, rings, cards, etc.) are technological tools designed to store and transmit data via contactless interaction.
  • The user is solely responsible for the information programmed onto these devices through the platform.

3.2 Apple Find My Support

  • Some products are compatible with Apple’sFind My network.
  • Use of this feature is subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
  • The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party system updates (e.g., iOS updates).

3.3 Shipping, Warranty, and Replacement

  • Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
  • Quality Inspection:
    All products are tested and technically activated before shipment to ensure functionality and readiness.
  • Warranty Policy:
    Warranty coversmanufacturing defects only, specifically if:
    • The product does not function upon delivery, or
    • The product cannot be linked to the platform due to a manufacturing defect
  • Limitation of Warranty:
    Due to the technical nature of the products and pre-shipment inspection:
    • No extended warranty (long-term maintenance) is provided
    • Replacement or compensation is limited to cases where a defect is verified at the time of delivery

4. Registration and Usage Terms

  • Minimum Age:Users must be at least 16 years old.
  • Accuracy of Information:Users must provide accurate and updated information.
  • Lawful Use:It is strictly prohibited to use the platform or products for unlawful purposes or to violate the privacy of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, designs, and branding related toWiCard, Wikriate, and Pillarsare the exclusive property of the Company.

Purchasing any product doesnot grant ownership rightsover the software or underlying technologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services.
  • The Company’s total financial liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the product or service in question.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Operations within the Middle East are governed by the laws of theKingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • International operations related to the U.S. entity are governed by the laws of theState of Delaware, USA.

Any disputes shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Attempt amicable settlement
  2. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred tocommercial arbitrationunder the jurisdiction of the relevant company branch

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
