2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:
Customers may request order cancellation within24 hoursfrom the time of purchase, provided that the product has not been prepared, shipped, or digitally activated.

Digital Products & Subscriptions:
Once a digital service is activated or a product is linked to a user account,cancellation and refunds are no longer permitted.

3. Return Policy (Physical Products)

Due to the technical nature of our products (NFC & Tracking devices), the following standards apply:

Pre-Shipment Testing:
All products undergo technical inspection and NFC chip activation prior to shipment to ensure full functionality and quality compliance.

Accepted Return Cases:

  • If the product arrivesphysically damaged due to shipping(must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
  • If amanufacturing defectin the NFC chip prevents it from functioning as intended upon initial use.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Products that have beenused, programmed, or linked to personal data.
  • Products that have beensuccessfully activated and operated after delivery.
  • Products that have beentampered with, disassembled, or misused.
  • Products are not covered under extended warranty due to theirpersonalized and direct-use nature.

4. Digital Services & Subscriptions

Digital services (including account upgrades and software-based features) arenon-refundable once purchased and activated.

In case of atechnical issuepreventing proper use of the service:

  • The company willresolve the issue, or
  • Providecompensation in the form of an extended subscription period

Refunds will only be considered if the issuecannot be resolved entirely.

Self-Service Account Deletion:
WiCard allows users to permanently delete their accounts directly through platform settings as part of data protection compliance.

Legal Notice:
By deleting their account, users acknowledge and agree that:

  • Theywaive any remaining rightsto refunds, cancellations, or service access.
  • All associated data and records will bepermanently erasedfrom our systems.
  • Deleted datacannot be recovered under any circumstances.
